In this tutorial we will describe how to process your new orders on eMAG Marketplace platform.
To process an order received on the eMAG Marketplace platform, access the Orders section from the Dashboard. All new orders will be displayed here.
Order list information
It is the unique identifier for each registered order.
Shows the name and the phone number of the customer.
You can see the date and the time when the order was registered.
This is the maximum date until the order can be finalized without affecting the Order incident rate.
This is the final day until you can handover to the courier, the first AWB issued for the order.
Show details about the payment method and the delivery option (home delivery or locker) chosen by customer.
Displays the name of the courier who operates the delivery and the AWB number of the shipment.
It shows the status of the order at this moment.
Shows the total value of the order, including VAT.

Press the Edit button to see all the order details :
In the top of the page, are exposed details about payment method, the maximum finalization date, the billing details and delivery information.
Under this section, you can easily see the ordered products list. This is the place where you can add or delete products before issue the AWB.
Once you checked all the order information and prepared the parcel to be delivered, you can generate the AWB right from this page.
Turn back to the Actions column of the order list and you will find the Show details button, next to the Edit button.
Click on this button and below the selected order line, a new line will open with more information plus other buttons which allow you to quickly finalize the order, to generate the AWB and download it when appropriate. For the new orders, pressing this button will change its status from New to In progress.
What information you can find in the new open line of the order?
Shows if the delivery is made by a seller/ FBE delivery – if the delivery is made through eMAG fulfillment service. Here are displayed the following: the customer’s name and phone number, the delivery address also the label “delivery to the office building”, when the delivery address is in an office building.
It will display maximum 3 products on each order. This section contains the main image of the product, the product name, the PNK, the ordered quantity, the sale price and the total value of the order. For orders with more than 3 products, you can use the Show more button.
- Finalize order – allows you to quickly finalize the selected order. This button appears for in progress, prepared, canceled or returned orders. Pressing Finalize order changes the order status into Finished.
- Print packing list – is a quick option with which you can quickly print all the data about the selected order (delivery details, billing address, products, AWB).
- Upload Attachment – by accessing it, you can select the desired document type for upload:
- Invoice – if you want to upload the invoice related to the order, this option is set as default when using the upload button.
- Warranty – if you want to upload the product warranty, you must select the Warranty attachment type from the available list. For orders with multiple products, you will first need to select the product for which the uploaded warranty will apply.
- Generate AWB – lets you generate the order AWB without being necessary to access the order details page.
- Download AWB – you can use this button when you want to download quickly all the AWBs issued for the selected order. This option is available only when an AWB has already been generated for that order.
Use the buttons from above the order list: Download orders list, Download orders details, Issue AWBs, Download packing lists, Download AWBs, Download PMT files if you want to quickly do the relevant actions for bulk orders.
The documents are available in .xlsx format and contain all the information related to your orders and the products sold.
