Return service level

Return service level is one of the health indicators that monitors the return flow. It represents the percentage of returns finalized on time (within 24 hours from receiving them), of all finalized returns, during the reference period. This indicator is used in the algorithm that determines the main offer on the website. The reference period for calculating the Return service level indicator is: - Ongoing period between – 1st until – 28th/29th/30th/31st of the current month minus 1 day. - Previous reference period between - 1 - 28/29/30/31 - of the previous month.
