Return incident rate

  Return incident rate represents the percentage of returns that were closed with incident from all the returns received in the reference period. This indicator is used by the algorithm that determines the main offer in site. Returns closed with incident are those returns which have not been finalized within the legally established term, of 14 calendar days, from the moment of their registration on the platform.
