Order finalization rate – Recommendations

Order finalization rate is one of the three indicators of order flow monitoring, next to Order Service level and Order incident rate and represents the percentage of finalized orders which have status at the time of calculation: finished or storno, out of the total orders received in the reference period. Order finalization rate does not include the irrelevant orders, orders canceled by customer, orders paid by Payment Order or orders with the maximum date of finalization, after the date of calculation (both for the ongoing and for the previous period).
