Order finalization rate represents the percentage of finalized orders which have at the moment of calculation finished or storno status, out of the total orders received during the reference period. Orders paid through Payment Order but also the irrelevant orders, canceled by the customer, or the orders with the maximum finalization date longer then the calculation date (for both the ongoing and last month's calculations) are not included in the calculation of the Order finalization rate.
