Claim incidents

Claim incidents represents the number of claims closed with incident in the reference period. This indicator is used in the algorithm that determines the main offer in the website.   A claim is marked as closed with incident when the answer for it has not been offered within the displayed time. If the last response filed for a complaint is not yours, then that complaint will be marked as closed with incident.
