How to calculate the Return incident rate

Return incident rate is one of the indicators used to evaluate the return flow from your seller account. The Return incident rate indicator represents the number of returns completed with incident, out of the total return requests received in the last 30 days. Return incidents are marked as such when you fail to finalize returns in time thus negatively affecting the customer experience. The corresponding rate is calculated as the number of return incidents from all returns received, in the last relevant 30 days. This indicator is involved in the algorithm that determines the main offer in the eMAG website.…
