Return finalization rate – Recommendations

Returns are represented by products ordered by customers, but which are subsequently returned to the seller for various reasons. Return finalization rate represents the percentage of finished or rejected returns, of all returns received during the reference period.   This indicator is used by the algorithm that determines the main offer from the site.
