Parcel tracking coverage measures the performance of your deliveries on the eMAG Marketplace platform. Parcel tracking coverage represents the percentage of finalized orders (or orders in status „storno” that were previously finalized in the reference period, but only if the reversal was made after more than 7 days since first order’s finalization) that have AWBs issued through the Marketplace platform, from all finalized orders in the reference period. This indicator is used in the calculation algorithm of the main offer on the website.
