Basically, we are extending the promotion period to capitalize on the high interest of customers and to maximize your results during this period!
To enter Chillmas Deals, offers must meet the conditions below:
✅ Minimum 5% discount vs. CMMP 30
✅ A discount below 5% is accepted, if the absolute discount exceeds 20 BGN
✅ Products must have been active in the last 30 days
✅ Newly listed products: minimum 7 days active on the platform
➡️If you choose to extend the Black Friday offers, they will automatically enter Chillmas Deals – without additional actions.
➡️And the lowest price in the last 30 days will not include the Black Friday promotional price – it is also kept in Chillmas Deals.
➡️If you do not want the automatic extension of your Black Friday offers, please write to us in Message Center by November 14, 14:00. If you fail to meet this deadline, you can still request the removal of the offers in Message Center. Keep in mind that this action can last up to 48 business hours.
➡️You can also upload offers throughout the Chillmas Deals period, even if they did not participate in Black Friday.
➡️In Chillmas Deals it is not necessary to fill in stock in the campaign file, the available stocks will be those remaining after the end of Black Friday.

The HOT badge brings added visibility and conversion to the campaign and is applied to products in eligible categories, which have specific conditions depending on the discount vs. CMMP, Price Index and stock.
